This recipe is very easy to make and pretty good tasting. :)
1 cup of canola or vegatable oil
1/2 cup of soy milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder ( i used onion salt)
1 tsp dried parsley
pinch of black peper
1/2 tsp of salt for taste
In food processor/blender combine oil and soy milk and blend for about 10-15 seconds (until creamy). Then add other ingredients and blend again for about 10 to 15 seconds. Refrigerate.
