Pizza Dough

2 cups of GF/CF flour blend
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xanthan gum or 1 1/2 tsp of guar gum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian herb mix
1 cup of water
2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Smear pizza pan w/ oil and set a side. In a bowl sift together the dry ingredients until wel blended. Make a well in the center. Combine water and oil and pour into the well. Mix w/ fork until blended and mixture comes away from sides of bowl. Turn dough onto pizza pan. Sprinkle with a little flour over the dough to keep hands from sticking. Press dough evenly onto bottome and slightly up the sides of the pan. Bake crust for 15 minutes. Take crust out of oven and top with your favorite GF/CF pizza sauce and toppings. Put back in oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Pictures of some of the ingredients that I used to make the pizza. I am not saying that the brands I used are the best but that my kids love this pizza.

Finished product. Ham and cheese pizza :)

ps. I found this recipe online and I can not figure out where I got it from, but it is delicious.!
